Durban to Doha: Europe must confirm his return in the climate negotiations
At three months of the next intrnational conference on climate change, this policy brief gives an update on the progress made since the Durban agreements adopted in 2011. It stresses on the importance of European diplomacy for the preparation of an ambitious global agreement in 2015 .
