Durban to Doha: Europe must confirm his return in the climate negotiations

At three months of the next intrnational conference on climate change, this policy brief gives an update on the progress made ​​since the Durban agreements adopted in 2011. It stresses on the importance of European diplomacy for the preparation of an ambitious global agreement in 2015 .
