Promoting diversity in organizations: the best experiences in France and abroad

Vincent Chriqui, Director General of Centre d’analyse stratégique officially handed over to Eric Besson, Minister of Immigration, Integration, National Identity and Development Partnership, a report on "Promoting diversity in the companies: the best experiences in France and abroad, "Tuesday, July 13.

 

At the initiative of Eric Besson, the Centre d'analyse stratégique had entrusted to Deloitte in 2009 a study on best business practices in diversity in France and abroad.
This report also assesses the effectiveness of public policies in terms of access to employment of minorities through the prism of four people in particular: those of immigrant, disabled workers, older workers and women.

To mark the official handover of the report a seminar presenting the best practices of promoting diversity in French companies, against six foreign experience (Germany, Sweden, UK, Netherlands, Canada-Quebec States USA) was held on July 13.

Eric BESSON closed the seminar just before the official presentation of the report by Vincent Chriqui.
