For its second full year of practice, the Centre d'analyse stratégique has conducted extensive work in the context of its work program or in response to several referrals to the Prime Minister .

This report has chosen to return to first work on analyzing the structural challenges our country faces - globalization, sustainable development and environmental protection, European integration, human resources and demography, knowledge of social realities - before present in a second step possible responses in terms of public policy , national, European or international:

•  anticipation and control of movements of goods, people and knowledge;
•  better use of the European strategy for growth and employment;
•  overhaul of energy policy;
•  better utilization of human capital;
•  modernization of public management.
